if your eyes smaller and you want your eyes look bigger and widder
1.using light eyeshadow
2.using white eyeliner to the lower waterline
3.apply white shimmer eyeshadow to the inner tear duct
else
use bigger contact lense =P
but dont forget the white eyeliner
using dark eyeliner at the lower waterline just make your eyes look smaller =)

wah..nak try lah macam ni.. tapi saya memang tak reti nak guna white eyeliner ni..
nanti aida nak try pakai contact lens gak! jelez tgk ramai membe pakai contact lens. :P
